Capability knows that the demeanor and character of your caregiver accounts for so much of your homecare experience. We select caregivers only after they successfully complete a set extensive recruitment and screening criteria, including phone screening, reference and background checks, application, face-to-face interviews, orientation and more.
Additionally, Capability requires all caregivers to attend an initial training course before they are assigned a patient. We ensure that all caregivers are equipped with the knowledge, skills and practical experience to deliver on our promise of outstanding service.
